ORDERING
How long does it take to ship my order out?
Every product is made to order and processing time depends on what the item is. Products that do not require a mock up typically take 2 - 3 business days. Products that require a mock up will typically take 3 - 5 business days depending on how fast the mock up is approved. Mock ups are typically provided within 48 hours from when the order was placed.
How long do I have to review and approve the mock up?
Customers will have 24 hours to review the mock up and let us know of any changes. If applicable, an updated mock up will be sent within 24 hours. A maximum of 2 revisions can be made without incurring additional fees. Any revisions after that will incur a fee of $5 per instance.
What happens if I don't review the mock up within 24 hours?
The mock up is considered approved and will move into production. Once production has started, no changes can be made without incurring a fee. The fee will depend on what stage of production we were notified and what the item is. The price of the fee will be provided at that time.
What if I made a mistake when ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If production has started, a fee will be incurred to correct the error.
Can I cancel my order?
We offer cancellations within 24 hours. You will receive a full refund if no mock ups were sent at the time of the cancellation request. If a mock up was sent before the cancellation request, a fee of $8 will be taken from the refund.
Do you offer rush orders?
Definitely! An order is considered rush if you need it to be dispatched before the current processing times. The fee is $15 for orders under $80 and $20 for orders over $80.
Do you offer custom signs?
For sure, making custom signs for the home and events is our jam! Please contact us with your ideas and we'll be thrilled to see what magic we can make together.
SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
It depends on the shipping method selected. Please refer to the time frame outlined per shipping method at check out. The time shown only refers to shipping time. Production time is in addition to that.
What if the tracking says "delivered", but I did not receive my package?
hey junie is not responsible for packages lost after a "delivered" status is shown on the tracking. Many times the package was placed at a neighbour's or a nontypical location around your house. Please be sure to check those places.
Do you offer pick up?
Yes, we offer free pick up by appointment only. We are located across from Markville Mall in Markham, Ontario, Canada. The exact address will be provided once an order is placed.
My item arrived damaged, what can I do?
We do our best to ensure every order is packaged safely. Occasionally, an item can be damaged during transportation. In that case, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include a picture of the damaged item and shipping box. A refund or replacement will be willed. Replacements will be dispatched with the shipping method that was chosen when the order was placed.
