SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is automatically calculated at check out with upgraded options available. The price will depend on the weight and size of the package. We currently offer shipping to Canada and the United States. A tracking number will be provided for all shipping options except for letter mail (Canada only)

If the letter mail shipping option was selected (Canada only), please note that there is no tracking number, insurance, or delivery timing guarantee. 

hey junie is not responsible for shipping delays as it is out of our control. If your order is time sensitive, please select the appropriate shipping option. 

Replacements for lost packages will only be sent to the original shipping address and use the shipping method chosen at check out. hey junie is not responsible for packages that were lost after a "delivered" status has shown on tracking. For packages shipped with letter mail, a package is not considered lost until 20 business days from when it was dispatched. 

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information is correct before placing your order. Once an order has dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed. If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer, additional shipping fees will be charged to re-ship the item(s) again and refunds will not be provided. 

hey junie will not cover any additional fees including duties and customs. If applicable, these fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges because all of our products can be personalized or customized. This means that the product was uniquely made just for you. If you would like to cancel an order, please reach out by email within 24 hours at heyjunie.shop@gmail.com. Cancellation requests after 24 hours cannot be accommodated and a refund will not be provided.
